Downloading to Mult. Computers

Can Law & Order be downloaded, activated, and played on multiple computers like Sam and Max? I only ask because I'll probably be getting a new computer soon and I want to make extra sure

I might as well ask if this is the case for every game on the site, as I just bought the Almost Everything Pack. Thanks!
