    It doesn't look like one of Steve's drawings to me (particularly the eyes). Maybe it's fan art?

    Most certainly fanart. The lines definitely don't look like Mr Purcell's lines.

    Id have to say yep its fan art .. pretty cool though, would love to get ahold of this background. :P
