Error message when installing

I am trying to install CSI - 3 dimensions of murder & when it gets to the 6476032.vox file it gives me an error message "Error while decompressing data! Corrupted Installer?"
I tried uninstalling & downloading a new version of my installshield. Deleting the Unisoft folder, clearing my temp files & restarting my computer. I am getting the same message but now at the 6151424.vox file.

I went to Unisoft's website & my PC exceeds all requirements for this game.
Any help is appreciated!

Here are my specs......
I am running XP Pro
I have a Mach Speed Matrix socket 478
Intel Celeron D 2.93Ghz
Crucial 1GB DDR 400
200 GB hard drive
Realtek AC'97 Onboard Audio
VIA/S3G UniChrome Pro IGP onboard video

When someone gets that error with one of our downloadable games, it's usually because the download didn't finish properly and the installer is corrupted. The fact that CSI is on a disk could mean that there's a problem with the files on the disk. Do you have access to another computer that you could try it on, to see if it installs properly there? If not, you should exchange the disk at the store you bought it from or to Ubisoft for a new copy.

Also I am not very familiar with the video you have, but in general CSI (and all of our games) require a 3D capable video card. I don't know if the onboard video you have will run the game properly. That's probably not related to the install problem you're having, but it's something to be aware of.

Also, for what it's worth, check your disc for scratches and smudges, and maybe look up some quick steps for cleaning a CD and give it a try? It could just be that the back of the disc needs to be wiped off. You never know!
