[TWD] Cant Save on Xbox360

I just purchased the arcade game this morning easily put in about two and a half hours i die for the first time just to be greeted with the main menu screen telling me to start a new game. I delete and redownload the game twice and played it with same results ive havent seen the autosave icon in any of my playthroughs please help

    Hi, I have the same issue for the Xbox... We clear cache and redownload the game. I noticed that the game doesn't ask my for my storage device when I start the game...

    It doesnt ask me either, did it ever work after you cleared cache?

    I'm on Xbox and it asked for a storage location when I started up. It also auto-saved the game appropriately.

    I was playing the episode, not the demo.. not sure if that makes a difference.

    Im not playing the demo, it lets my friend save his game and etc but with me its different:/

    Maybe you need to be doing it while online with a different profile using a Gold membership?

    on xbox, offline, silver account, saves fine, so thats not the issue dude

    No it didn't work after clearing cache. I also tried using another profile (silver) and I still have the same problem...

    I'm having the same trouble as well. To get it to save in the meantime until they come up with something you'll need to start up the game with a second profile. Go past the "Press Start" screen to the main menu. Sign out of that profile and then into your main profile. If you did it right, when you get back to the main menu with your main profile it should ask you which device to save to and you;ll be safe from there. You will need to do it each time you atart up the game though. I hope this helps some of you.

    So I tested it a bit more and you don't really need the second profile. You can just boot up the game with noone signed in then sign into the main profile after. Whichevers easiest.

    Oh! It worked once but it when I wanted to play today it doesn't work anymore. I tried the same trick this morning but I couln't get it to work :(

    Did you do it at the start up screen or at the main menu? It won't work if its simply at the start up screen. It has to be forced to reboot so you want it to tell you that it had to restart since players were signed out. Also don't back out of the dashboard between signing ins since it has to be signed in before you get kicked back. Let me know if you have further problems with it.

    Yeah, you are right! I tried after pressing "start" and it's now working. Man I hope I won't get the same issue with episode 2!

    Has this been resolved yet? I just purchased this game on the 360 for my wife today who likes to play games for about an hour at a time and we can't find any way to save her progress.
