The Walking Dead: does not start

I purchased the Walking Dead for PC on May 5, 2012. After I purchased it, I downloaded the game. Even though the charge is reflected in my credit card, I am unable to play. I receive a message that says that I do not have the license for the game.
I sent email to support and receive automatic response, case 'issue-59083', but never received solutions
How do I solve this issue?
