Pharmacy Office
I bought this game last week, not much time to play it. I've entered the office and I can't find the pillow. I was following a guide.
I watched the Console version, and the perspective was able to change, however it does not for mine.
this is what it looks like. http://screensnapr.com/v/Is230O.png

the pillow isn't in the office. in the office all you can do it move the table / desk away from the door with clem.
then once you've got the first aid kit for clem
you find the pillow outside while you rescue glenn for further help check out /ice pick and motel help section
REAL HELPFULL...
it's the tips section dude if you don't intend to help why post in it... some people get stuck and can't figure out how to progress is that so bad ? people can still choose what they want to do like irene and or carly / doug...
the pillow in not in the office
things to collect in the office are

Some advices are less obvious but can help nevertheless.
Hey don't get mad at us, you're the one whose stuck on a two hour game which practically plays itself. Believe it or not that guy was trying to help you. Walking Dead doesn't really have any gameplay, it's an interactive movie kinda like Indigo Prophecy. If you're going to rob the game of it's main assets (story and sudden choices) by looking up a guide first, you might as well not play at all.
And yeah, if it weren't for the guide steering you in the wrong direction, you would have probably figured everything out by now.
so get your facts straight...ps not mad...
Did you take that sleeping zombie out with the reporter? That car smashes the other zombie by the ax, and then in case of an emergency...yadda yadda.
If you need any more help, don't let discouraging comments get you down.
