Still Haven't recieved my sam and max season 3 dvd?

I pre-ordered the sam and max season 3 dvd wayyy back in 2009 and I still haven't recieved it and I was wondering if and who I should contact about this?

    You never actually ordered the Season 3 DVD. You ordered Season 3, but you never placed the separate order for the disc.
