Law and Order Episodes

I recently purchased Legacy from Steam. I've played through the first episode but I cant seem to access the other episodes. I can see them in my library and I scroll to the next episode but it just keeps playing "revenge". Any help would be appreciated. We are not ruling out "operator error". :o
