[PS3] Can't download

Hey guys, I've bought the season pass on ps3 and played the first episode one month ago, but now I really don't know where to find the second episode. I can't download it from the ingame menu, and from the playstation store too.
I've downloaded the patch, but nothing.
What I have to do?

    I really don't know what to do, i've erased the game from the HD and redownloaded episode 1 but it changes nothing. Maybe it isn't available in italy yet? I'd like some help.

    I also think that you are not evaluated for the Brazil
