Cannot unlock Scene 4, Episode 1

I have completed Episode 1 Scenes 1-3 but Scene 4 is still locked. I have replayed all the first scenes and cannot get Scene 4 to unlock. This is very frustrating not to be able to continue on.
(playing the game on XBOX 360)

Does anyone have any advice?
