Unhappy customer

Like a couple of other post-ers here, I bought the Sam & Max bundle, the games aren't activating, and I haven't gotten responses to my requests for support by e-mail. I'm a first-time customer with Telltale and this is certainly not the way to get me to come back. And yes, I have checked my spam folder - no activation keys, no responses other than to say my requests have been received.

In short, I expect Sam & Max to make my smile, but that's sure not what's happening right now!
