Mac Controls/Stuck on E2P5

Not sure what I am doing wrong but essentially once I find the power cord and plug it in I am not able to 'back' out in order to go to the bedroom to move the book case. There is a 'back' icon in the lower right part of the screen but I can't move my cursor.

Any help is much appreciated.

    I had the same problem, and I'm playing on a mac. The problem is your mouse. Go to your mouse configurations, and enable right click for your mac's mouse. That should allow you to get out of the closet. Hope this helps.
