Great Adventure Bundle 2010 not working

Hi,

I just re-downloaded the great adventure bundle, as I just got a new computer. However, it doesn't work. When I click the Adventure Bundle icon to start the program, it just says "AdventureBundle has stopped working". I tried reinstalling it, but it just won't work. I tried running it as an administrator as well, but no luck there either.
Any ideas?

    To be more precise - it is the launcher that won't start (so it is not like the problem in the post just below).

    Ok - it worked in Windows 98 compatibility mode. Weird.
