[PC - Steam] Walking Dead Game Incorrectly Tracking Choices

Hey guys I bought TWD on Steam the other day and plowed through both episodes in a few sittings but I noticed several issues with the game tracking my progress:

-I backed up Kenny in the pharmacy but in ep. 2 Kenny thinks I did not help him.
-Kenny thinks I've never done anything for Duck or the family contrary to my actions in ep. 1 and in ep. 2 (it ignored Lee giving duck food).

Is there a file I can edit or some way to correct this?

    So I'm in episode 4 now and Kenny still thinks I have not backed him up even though I have on several occasions. Is there a fix for this?

    And my episode reloads shows that I did the opposite of everything I actually did. I don't want to play with different choices!

    This is happening to me aswell. Its hard enough to have to replay the game becasue of a corrupted save, but NOW you wont carry over my choices properly?

    For shame.
