Walking dead won't start

The other day i got the walking dead during the steam sale.Today i tried to play it but the game won't start at all.I launch it from steam and nothing happens,no messages nothing.I also tried running under admin mode/windows 98 compatibility and disabled desktop composition and nothing happens still.In addition i verified the integrity of the game cache three times and re downloaded the game twice.
What's going on here?I want a refund.

Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
12GB RAM
I7 920~4Ghz
GTX 580

    Never mind.Mods feel free to lock/delete this now.
    I don't know how or what i did differently but when i turned on my computer yesterday it was working and i even played though episode 1 without any problems.(great game btw)
