ipad 3 control problems

I can't even look around to find the shotgun when I get to the first zombie. Not sure if Im doing something wrong but the controls should be better than this. If I don't figure this out I'd like my money back. I'll keep trying but the more it doesn't work the more I get frustrated. Should of bought the mac version but I read it worked great on the iPad guess don't believe everything you read. I wouldn't recommend this to anybody and I have put a review at the app store saying good idea but the controls don't work. ANy pointers on what Im doing wrong would be helpful. Thanks.

    I figured it out but took me a while. Still would give it all the praise that it has been given. Still think I'd like it better on a mac than the ipad.
