csi 3 case 5 prob!!!!

right i've got up to the part where you find the urn in the crate in the gallery office. i've taken it back to the lab and tried to take off the cracked pieces on the assembly table. but unfortunetly i can only get 9 out of the 10 pieces off. the last piece is at the bottom left of the bag inside the urn. i've tried restarting the case, coming out of the game and then reloading it up but to no avail. i've got every shred of evidence up to this point and it's really frustraiting not being able to get any further...

    the peice you are missing is on the bottom RIGHT and it is not very noticible, but i have altered your pic and circled this fragment

    P.S. there is a game patch from ubisoft which fixes this bug (by making the peice more noticeable) and many others, this patch can be found at the ubisoft support link HERE

    there is also a direct link to the patch here on the telltale site as well...
