None existing order nummer, missing tacking nummer.

I got a small problem.
I ordered 5434124400 - Sam & Max Season One Bonus Disc
since you ran out of stock my order change to a backorder, so far so good..
1. d. 25-07-2007 04:41 I received the "Shipment confirmation for order #5434124400" great I think, but but, but I cant lookup the order on findmyorder or under my profile "Past Purchases" which shows the order 5434124400.
2. The tracking nummer in the mail says "ASSUMEDSHIPPED" ????,
which is not so great since now I cant see if it really is on the way.
Please advise

We have plenty of discs in stock, so if this one never shows up, let us know and we'll send a replacement. Please give it a few weeks, that's usually how long it takes.
but what about the order nummer #5434124400 which I cant lookup ?
I presume there's was a problem with the server, since I know it wasnt my password hence I checked it, plus the error description did say order not found..
Well Im fully aware of that, since that was what I needed the tracking code for. Anyways I just thought that, at least I should have the access to my order info.
Although it could still be in the mail, I'm not holding my breath, I'm pretty sure it should have arrived already

TheWackyWombat, according to the system yours shipped on the 19th. International shipping usually takes at least 10-14 business days from our warehouse (even to Canada) and sometimes longer. We have recently had inquiries from a few other Canadian customers whose orders shipped on that day. I bet the mail is just being slow, but if it hasn't arrived by the end of next week, send an email to support@telltalegames.com to let us know and we'll get you a replacement.
