Status of Order?

I ordered the Sam & Max Bonus Disc and Case file on approximately June 27, 2007 and have still not received it.

My order ID is: 5436863100

The online status form still says the order is processing although I think that is highly unlikely at this point. Can someone please tell me what I can do in order to receive the items I ordered?

    The problem is that case files took longer than anticipated to ship out to the warehouse, so many orders which include the case file are still delayed. The first few boxes of case files have finally been arriving at the warehouse this week, and the first orders are reported as shipping out now. So... you should be receiving an order update very soon!
