Hi I filed a support case a few days ago.
I bought the multipack and firstly episode 2 was unavailable, now that it is it asks me for payment again for the episode. Can you please fix this for me?

Also when you same the same account do you mean Itunes account?
This is not true in my case. I never uninstalled the game after purchase and yet it won't let me "get" episode 2 it will only let me buy it. However I have already purchased the Multi-pack on 7/27/12 when I bought Episode 1. No one has responded to my emails (issue 62918) so I decided to address it with Apple Support under a false charge issue.
