Are these Collector edition dvds for sale alone?

I was wondering if the Sam and Max season 2 and 3 collector's edition DVDs are for sale by themselves? i bought the complete pack from steam so i have the games and i already own a physical copy of season one collector's edition already so that's why i'm not asking about that one.

    Yes, they are.
    Here's season two's DVD and here's season three's.

    those are the games with collector's editions dvds i was asking about the collector's dvd alone because i only saw it alone listed in store for people that bought it from ttg. If the dvd has the games then i understand why its only offered this way but i am not sure anyone?

    The Collector's Edition DVD contains all episodes from that Season. If you buy the digital version with the Collector's DVD, you get both the digital downloads for each episode as well as a DVD mailed to you with all the same content on the disc.

    Is there a way to get the DVD a bit cheaper if i bought the game on Steam?

    Not at this time (by which I don't mean that they sometimes do, but rather that they haven't yet offered special DVD prices for Steam customers).
    The Telltale Store often has sales (like this one last December) where you can get their games for cheaper, but the price would be the same for Steam and non-Steam customers.
