TWD: Unable to download episode 2 on iPad 3

Hello,

I joined the forum today looking for help in downloading TWD episode 2 on my iPad 3rd generation iOS 6. I bought episode 1 yesterday with no problems. Afterward I purchased the next 4 episodes. It tells me episode 2 is ready. But after several dozen download attempts I still can't get it to complete. It starts to download and then stops, telling me I must be connected to the Internet (I am!). The point at which it stops is always different.

I have seen other posts similar to this for computers and the console systems, but didn't see anything for the iPad. Anyone have any insight on this? I'd like to get what I paid for.

    same issue, tried reinstalling on iPad, but now I get the "buy now" option in the app. Any suggestions?

    ITunes Support pushed out refresh of purchase, clicked restore and got back chapters 2-5, but not 400 Days. Suggestions?

    If you are able to get the download started, but it's not completing, you can try this workaround.

    If you have purchased DLC and it says Buy in-game instead of Get, you will need to re-acquire the multi-pack or individual episodes that you purchased. To do this, on your iOS device you need to log into the account in which you initially made the purchase and continue the steps to purchase it again. You will be asked to confirm your purchase, and then be notified that you already own the content, and be prompted to download it again. If you are not logged into the account you used to make your initial purchase the first time, you will be charged again. Once the product is re-acquired, you will be able to download other episodes.

    Please note that if you purchased the original multi-pack that did not include 400 Days, you will be charged if you purchase the new multi-pack that does include 400 Days.
