Cancelling order

I ordered my free season DVD's on the 14th such that I could have a friend bring them back home. However, they still haven't shipped, and now it's too late - he's leaving for Europe on Thursday. I've emailed you to cancel the order but haven't heard back from you. I just want to make sure you don't ship them into the void. I'll try to order them again some other time.

    Your order shipped on the 21st of September, so it should have arrived by now. If not, please let me know.
