TWD: How to import previous saves without overwriting new ones

So I just recently bought The Walking Dead on Steam. Hooray! Previously, I've been playing it on my ex's computer.

He just sent me our save files from the My Documents folder, so I can continue playing Chapter 4 from where we left off.

However I just started a new game, and I don't want to overwrite my new saves. Is there any way to separate the two profiles from each other? Thanks!

    The easiest way to do this is creating another windows user account and playing one set of savegames there.
