Charged twice for TWD

I had already purchased the game months ago, and saw a thread in the support forums that said if you went through the process of purchasing the season pass again, it would prompt you with a notification that you had already bought it, and to re-download:

At no point did it tell me that I had already purchased it, and on top of that, the issue I was having in the first place (Game telling me I don't have a license for it and then locking up) continues. This is absolutely ridiculous.

    The reply you have quoted was for iOS. Did you purchase the game for that platform? From what you've written, it looks like you purchased the game for the PC. In this case, you can re-download the installation file at any time by logging into your account and then selecting the 'Your Games' tab. You will need to login using your email address and password used to make the purchase or you will be told you do not own the game.
