TWD: Download always stops instantly

Hi i have just got my new computer really ready for the walking dead but i cant download any episodes i cant find out why firewall seems ok i actually disabled it a few times.

i was even struggling to login to my telltale account to verify sometimes it told me i didn't have a license before it even took my user details wtf??

im close to giving up on this and woish i had gotten it on steam all other episodes downloaded fine before theres been no changes i think im not even sure if i ended up using an old password cause it would just do nothing each time i tried the1 i thought it was

please please help ima a huge fan of telltale and the walking dead game i NEED to finish this:confused:

    TTG is working on a patch.
    Meanwhile you can try if this workaround helps.

    The official patch for the disconnection issue is out now. Restarting the game will download and install it automatically. Afterwards you should be able to download the episodes.
