360 CSI Hard Evidence Crime 3 Shock Rock...STUCK!

Ok ive done all i can on this so ive asked my pal what to do next he says i need to process the echo pedal on the table, well ive already taked the polarity switch out so when i try to procss it all i can do is take of the top cover and cant do anymore....Plzzzzz help
