TWD: Episode 4 still says "coming soon" (Xbox 360) Please Help!

I've been a little busy and haven't had a chance to download episode 4 for Xbox 360 until this morning. To my surprise it still says coming soon... I've done a little snooping around and see that people on Mac and PC have been having similar issues, but not too much about this issue with Xbox 360.
If anyone has had similar issues and knows a how to resolve the issue, any help would be greatly appreciated.
