The walking Dead episode 4-can't download

I have been trying for about a week to get episode four of the walking dead and all I get is internet connection not established.

I see that many other customers are having the same problem (In the thousands). Please fix this or give me a refund immediately

    I do apologize for this problem. We are aware that a small number of players are experiencing this issue, and we are currently investigating a solution. Please ensure you have a strong internet connection and are logged into your Telltale account before attempting the download again. Also, you can try connecting to another network and/or resetting your router/modem.

    I don't understand, I have a strong internet connection, I can stream videos, music and content from other sites quickly and with no effort. My connection is not an issue.

    When I open TWD the game loads and connects, but when I try to download the next episode it immediately tells me that it has lost connection. But it hasn't even attempted to.

    Would it be possible to allow us do download the chapter from the forum or another part of the TT website?

    The official patch for the disconnection issue is out now. Restarting the game will download and install it automatically. Afterwards you should be able to download the episodes.

    I am still having an issue downloading the episode. It goes straight to 10% and will not go any further. I left my computer alone for several hours to download, came back and it was still at 10%. There is nothing wrong with my internet and I had no issues with the previous episodes.

    Please navigate to your Documents\Telltale Games\The Walking Dead directory and delete the SyncFS folder. Restart the game and you will automatically download the various patches. Now try reinstalling Episode 4.

    Also note that this will remove Episode 2 and 3, so they too will need to be re-downloaded.

    If this does not work, then delete the entire Walking Dead folder mentioned above and try again.

    removes episode 2 and 3? ive had enough trouble downloading episode 4 let alone now having to re download 2 and 3 :confused: so what happens to our save files? will we be able to continue our game? cos if not ill wait for the proper fix that your support team are hopefully going to release soon. I too am stuck on the 10% after the release of the "patch". hopefully after another 9 patches = 100% ill be able to play what i payed for!
