PC download for episode 4 still not working.

There is nothing wrong with my internet connection, I know this because I have no problem connecting to your website when I click on Telltale's rolling advertisements when I sign on to download episode 4.

I'm not interested in the alternative steps that may or may not work...I simply want to know when I will be able to download the episode with the *get* button.

    Hi there, sorry this is delaying your enjoyment of episode 4! Telltale is aware of the issue and are actively working to get a solution out as soon as possible.

    The official statement here will be updated as soon as the fix is released (and has a few things to maybe try in the meantime).

    We have isolated the issue that was preventing people from downloading Episode 4. Please shut down and re-launch the game application. A new patch will automatically download and then you should be able to download all episodes through the in-game menu. I do apologize for the delay in sorting this out.
