i bought jurassic park digital download i didnt buy the disc and im having trouble downloading it this is ann marie melone

    First you download the JurassicPark100_Setup.zip from the your purchases page.
    Then please follow these instructions to unzip and install it.

    Someone help, i installed jurrasic park the game, and yet when i enter my username and password it says i dont own the full version of it, someone help or this is a stupid waste of time and money!

    Make sure you log into the game wrapper with the same username and password you used to purchase it. I checked the account name you posted from, and you have no purchases associated with your account.
