Episode 3 worked for a while then stopped!!!

I'm so upset - I waited for more than a month and then finally got episode 3. I played until the train and then it froze. Then when I clicked on the game it acted like I never downloaded episode 3 and said "get". When I tried to get it again it won't download - help!!!!:mad:

    Please try going into the game application and rewinding your Episode 3 back 1 checkpoint. To be safe, copy your save to another available slot before doing this.

    Episode 3 should not have uninstalled without user input. Please check the available hard drive space to see if there is any left.
