No Activation Problem & Horrible Unprofessional Support from TellTale
I downloaded "Back to the Future - Episode 1" again.
After playing it one time, it now keeps telling me when i want to start the game, and login with my account, that I don't have an activation license and should buy the game!
Surfing the Forums I found that a lot of other users of Telltale Games have this problem, for example also with the "Walking Dead Series".
What I find really horrible and why I think Telltale has the worst support and the most unprofessional I ever saw from a game company.
The Support-Button on this Website goes directly to the forums.
In the forums there are a lot of technical problems and cries for help.
BUT NO ONE OF THE TELLTALE STAFF POST ANYTHING AS AN REPLY IN THESE FORUMS TO THESE QUESTIONS!
So whats the problem with the "no license" - bug ???
And will there ever be a real support system or perhaps an email or a form where you can get answers from you. You know like a real support.
I actually spend money on these games. Too bad I wanted to buy "Walking Dead". But I wont throw my money away to product that actually dont work.
