PS3 - Episode 3 - Unable to move anymore

Several times, while on the train going to the coast, Lee disapears from the screen and I can't move. Some actions are not available anymore (ie. open a door) and some work fine (ie. talking to Ben)
I have to quit and reload the last save, but this issue occurs at different times, but ever when with Ben on the train.

    I apologize for the issue you are experiencing. Please try rewinding 2 checkpoints and replaying to this point. You should no longer experience this issue.
