TWD - Progress reset at episode 1 WITHOUT Episode 4 installed!

I've posted previously in this forum about my saves being reset. I've been patiently replaying them, and managed to get one completed through the end of episode 3. I started my other file and got it part way through episode 3, quit out, and tried to start it up again later only to be reset at episode 1 AGAIN. AND I DON'T EVEN HAVE EPISODE 4 INSTALLED.

I'm through with this game. I'm through with your bullcrap "support," Telltale. You can take your game and shove it. Try releasing a product without gamebreaking glitches next time you think about making a game.

    Please try logging out of your profile and then once you are returned to the Title Screen, log back in and access your save game. You should be able to load from your last checkpoint.
