[TWD] <Q> + <E> Problems

I'm in Episode 2, at the point where you fight the zombie in the back of the pick up truck. I get to the point where I fall out of the back of the truck and have to hit Q a bunch of times and then hit E.

The 'Q' dialog pops up, and the little arrows get closer and closer together as I press 'Q'. However, the 'E' dialog never appears! The 'Q' dialog goes away once the brackets close together, and I press 'E' anyway, but I always die.

What is happening?

    Okay, I now realize that I'm not supposed to hit 'E'. I'm supposed to move right. Didn't notice it.
