Freeze

Every single time i play the game i play for like 10 mins and then it freezes. I have to restart my computer every time and its really annoying

    Which game are you having trouble with? Did you purchase through us or through Steam? Please ensure that your system meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements. These can be found on our store listing for the game or on Steam.

    No i bought the game off of TellTale

    Please tell us which game you have trouble with.

    Also please post your dxdiag info:

    dxdiag
    Windows XP: Go to your start menu and click on run. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter
    Windows Vista / 7: Press the windows key on your keyboard or click on the start menu. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter.

    Now click on the button that says "save all information".
    It will prompt you to save a file. Save it where you can find it.

    Open the file and press Ctrl+A followed by Ctrl+C to copy the contents, and paste them in a reply by pressing CTRL-V.
    Sometimes the Forums spam filter catches long posts like this. Don't worry, we can still see them and make them visible.

    What is the exact Mac Model you have?

    What OS X Version are you running?

    Have you tried redownloading and reinstalling the game?
