The Walking Dead game issues

After I downloaded episode 4 when it was released I went to play the game. When I logged in I saw all my saves were wiped clean from episodes 1-3 so I had to replay from episode 1 and then got to play episode 4. Now then after finishing episode 4 and getting off the game it deleted my saves again!! So I went ahead and uninstalled the game and reinstalled it from my computer. Now the game wont launch at all.


I am running the game through Steam and my computer OS is Windows 7. When I purchased the game in August I could play episodes 1-2. When episode 3 was released my computer downloaded it with no problems and it didn't delete my saves like episode 4 did.

I am at a loss as what to do next.:confused:

    Please try reinstalling Steam as this may be a product of the recent Steam file conversion.
