The Walking Dead glitches

I bought sometime ago The Walking Dead from Steam.

I am in the middle of episode 2 right now and both ep 1 and ep 2 have been affected heavily by weird glitches in all cutscenes and action scenes.

The sound and the game itself starts clipping annoyingly and it is almost impossible to play some of the quick time events.

Is there a fix for this and have others been affected by this?

My computer can surely run all Telltale games and I've never had problems with other Telltale game series.

My computer details:

Intel Quad Core Q6600
4GB RAM
NVIDIA GTX560
Intel SSD 320

    I heard from elsewhere that dropping shadows to low quality will help.

    Strange, but I will try that anyway if it will help with the glitches.

    Disabling anti-aliasing through the in-game settings menu can help. Also, if you are forcing anti-aliasing through your video card through either the control panel, or a secondary program (like nvidi inspector), that may be causing problems as well.
