Jurassic Park Won't Launch

I just bought Jurassic Park The Game yesterday, and after downloading and installing it, was unable to open it. I was finally able to get it to run by opening the application in the file folder for the game in my OS, and was able to play normally while it was open. Now I'm completely unable to get it to launch. Clicking the shortcut on my desktop or on my taskbar gives no response. If I right click the shortcut and click troubleshoot compatibility, a popup opens that says the game is unable to run and to make sure I'm running it from the directory where it was installed. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but nothing seems to work.

    This could be a problem if you did not install the game to default directory.

    Can you please provide me with a DXDiag file?

    To post a DXDiag, click the Start menu, click Run, and then type in DXDiag and press enter. After it loads, click Save All Information and save the file where you’ll be able to easily find it. Open the file and then press Ctrl+A followed by Ctrl+C to copy the contents of the file, and then include that in a reply.
