Is Episode 4 available? It still says coming soon for me.

I've read everywhere that episode four came out in early October, but the episode still says "Coming Soon" for me. What's going on here??

Also, I don't know if this matters, but I bought all the episodes as a pack.

    We do not yet have a set release date for Episode 4 on iOS.

    Is there a timeline for the coming of ep. 4 coming to IPad or IOS???
