Law and order app crashing before the start

Hey there!! I've installed law and order game. I have a iphone 4s. When i launch it, it loads to check for updates, then after a long wait, it opens up and then crash immediately. What should i do. As far as i remember, i've bought the whole package!!

    Please shutdown any applications you are not using that are running in the background. This should free up necessary system resources. Also, please restart the device before attempting to launch the game again and make sure you are logged into the account you used to make your purchase.
