Episode 4 Loading problem

Hey guys, I installed Episode 4 and have played it when it came out from start to end with no hassle.

Recently a friend of mine created a second save game and played through and reached episode 4. But rather than load it hits a black screen and just plays ambiance music, I went back to my game and checked and it's done the same thing.

I have uninstalled the local content via steam and reinstalled it twice to no avail. I have even created a new game and played it all the way through to episode 4 and reached the same result.

Please help

Kind regards
Nova

Can you please provide me with your Mac system specifications? To do this, select the Apple logo on the top toolbar of your desktop, then select 'About this Mac', and then 'More info...'. Now Select 'File' on the top toolbar of your desktop, then find 'Save As'. Choose a filename to easily find the document after saving, and most importantly change the file format to an easy to read document type (RTF is recommended). After you save the file, find and open it. Now press Cmd+A to select all text, and Cmd+C to copy and Cmd+V to paste the contents of this file into a reply to this email.

Since this file is long, you can post only the first page and this should be enough information.

Please try reinstalling Steam, as the latest file conversion process may be the cause.
