Episode 2 Download stuck at 99% (Mac)

I just finished the 1st episode, which was fantastic. I'm downloading the next episode within the game under Download Content and the download goes until 99%. The outdoor animation and sound in the background is still going, so it's not frozen or anything. But the download has been stuck at 99% for awhile now. I've already stopped it to try re-downloading it last night. Then I left it to go overnight, only to wake up and see that connection was lost. But clicking "Get" again went straight to 99%, but it's stayed there since.

If there's another way to download the other episodes, I could just do that too. I purchased the game through TellTale's site.

    We don't offer another way to get the episodes directly, however one of our mods did post a helpful guide to getting these episodes when you are experiencing connection problems. His guide can be found here. The manual option might work best for you.

    Alternatively, if you keep trying, you should be able to get the episdoes to install. Make sure you do not have an active firewall or anti-virus program running as it may interfere with the download. Also restart the computer before trying again, and ensure you have a strong connection to the internet. You may want to try a wired connection to ensure you don't lose connectivity during the download process.

    I'm having the same problem. Episode 2 is stuck at 99%. I've attempted this five times now with no luck.

    I'm a total novice with my Mac and I honestly can't understand the instructions posted.

    Put bluntly: you have my money, can I please have my game?

    Or do you offer a refund because I'm just getting frustrated here. It's a damn fine game too which makes it all the more vexing.

    PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE HELP!

    I don't know if it's simply me retrying, but this time I tried a wired connection and was able to download them. When I tried to download a second episode, it would go straight to 99%, but I just re-opened the application and they would download correctly.

    Thanks, I guess it's a solution. A weird one at that. Hope you can iron out these issues for the future, TellTale!

    The b!tch ain't one but 1% is? I get stuck at 99% too. I've tried several times. HELP!

    Tried wired connection, tried wireless, have tried everything. It's getting to the point where I kind of feel ripped off. How long do we have to wait for a solution?

    Also: don't use a system like this without a back-up! You don't offer a way to download individual episodes? That's ludicrous. If you did - none of us would be having this problem!

    I tried it again and of course it stopped at 99% but when I force quit the Mac it did create the files in the appropriate library. I then tried the manual install method and it loaded! I did use the original WalkingDead102.json and not the updated one. Haven't tried playing it but so far the only glitch was a slight pause when I clicked run.

    Individual episodes can be downloaded through the in-game menu. We only offer this method for direct download. All episodes can be downloaded indidvidually.

    But it doesn't work for some. I played episode 2 part way only to find out it skewed up big time. afterwards I could only start a new game. At least I got to shoot the crazy b!!ch in the face.
