BTTF won't run, please help

I just purchased BTTF today, and when I put it in the drive to install, I got a pop-up window that said files were missing from the CD, and after I installed it, the same popup appears whenever I try to run any of the episodes.

Any words of wisdom from gamers here?

    Can you please provide me with a DXDiag file?

    To send a DXDiag, click the Start menu, click Run, and then type in DXDiag and press enter. After it loads, click Save All Information and save the file where you’ll be able to easily find it. Open the file and then press Ctrl+A followed by Ctrl+C to copy the contents of the file, and then include that in a reply to this email.
