hi telltale im running the walking dead on a windows seven and seem to be running in to complications, one of the incidents that recently occured is that of a parculiar nature, after finishing episode 2 i tryed to get episode 3, and it says that i keep loosing connection to the internet but, this is impossible because iv got ethernet cable connected and surf the web jst find could help me out it would be most appreciated espacially after i paid for the game expecting everything to run smoothly thx

    Please ensure you are connected to the internet and logged into your account when you attempt to get Episode 3. An active firewall or anti-virus program can cause problems connecting to our server. Also, please restart your computer before trying again.
