Upgraded to windows 8 and cannot locate the walking dead save files.

I recently upgraded from windows 7 to windows 8 and am having a problem finding my save files for the walking dead. I installed windows 8 on a separate hard drive and kept everything else that I had previously on another hard drive. When I start up the walking dead, all three of the save slots say new game.

If anyone can help me that would be awesome because I really don't want to start over since I was at the end of episode 4.

Also, I tried to give as much information as I could. If you need more just ask and I'll try my best.

    A custom install such as this may present problems. The game will automatically save to your Documents\Telltale Games\The Walking Dead folder on your C: drive. If you are running a dual-boot system or multiple hard drives with the game installed on a secondary drive, you may run into other issues.
