I have to play jurassick park, episode 4 in a black screen

please help me guys. I love this game. I need your help. I finished first 3 episodes without any problem. But episode 4 start in black screen. I cann't see anything. I can see the characters as black shadows. When i go to game menu in this situation, the menu also display in a black background. Please help me. How can i fix this problem?

    You can try uninstalling and reinstalling the episode/game. Alternatively, if you can access the settings menu, try turning shadows off.
