iOS Episode 3 Issue - disappeared

I was happily going about my business playing Episode 3 of Walking Dead, when I went back to my saved game, the saved game is still there but it is saying I need to "get" episode 3 again. However, even when I try to download it again it is just timing out and saying I don't have an internet connection (when I do).

How can I fix this? I really don't want to lose my saved game.

    never mind guess the ol reboot trick did the job

    Well, it's evidently a known glitch because I reported the exact same thing as you last week. For me, however, only 25% of the game play for episode 3 returned. I'm still waiting for an update from telltale on the issue.
