Walking dead Rewind message and game freezing (Mac)

I have the mac version of The walking dead that I bought through steam, and recently I can't carry over any of my data to other episodes. Even if I start a new file and try to move to a new episode, it will ask me if i want to rewind and no matter which option i press the game just freezes as a black screen and cursor. It pretty much prevents me from playing at all.

If you navigate to your Library\Application Support\Telltale Games folder and remove the Walking Dead, you should be able to start a new game. Please note that this will remove your existing save file.

Great, I have to play all the way through again just to get ready for episode 5. Should be especially fun since I played the second and first episode about 5 times in the past couple of days, yay.

You can try reinstalling Steam, as there was a recent file conversion Steam did that has created issues in the PC version. The issue you are having, however, is most likely a corrupted prefs file, which would need to be removed to resolve the problem. This file is linked to your saves, so removing it will also remove access to your saves. Removing the entire folder and then launching the game will create a new folder and a new prefs and you should be able to play the game again.

Ok I am new to Mac and I have a hard time figuring these files out. I have the same problem but I cannot find anything in my library except "fonts." No such thing as Application Support or Telltale Games in my finder. Please let me know what I should do. I deleted all my save files within the game too.
